PELATIHAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN PROGRAM PEMBUATAN FAMLET SEBAGAI MEDIA DI SEKOLAH SMP NEGERI 3 GORONTALO

Training and development of a leaflet creation program as a learning medium at State Junior High School 3 Gorontalo is an innovative effort to improve the quality of learning through the use of attractive and informative visual media. This activity aims to equip teachers with the knowledge and skills to design leaflets that can be adapted to material in various fields of study. The training was conducted using a practical and applied approach, so that participants not only gained theoretical understanding, but also direct experience in leaflet production. The training material covered basic graphic design concepts, color and typography selection, use of digital applications, and strategies for presenting information in accordance with the curriculum and characteristics of junior high school students. The training participants consisted of teachers from various subjects who then produced leaflets as the final product. The products were evaluated based on the suitability of the material, design creativity, clarity of information, and potential for application in learning. The evaluation results showed an increase in teachers' ability to develop visual-based learning media. The majority of participants considered this training useful and relevant to the professional development needs of teachers.
