The main focus of this research is to understand the concept of collaborative teaching, the purpose of its application, the types of models used, the challenges faced, the training available for educators, and how collaborative teaching is implemented in the school environment. The research method used was a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews. This technique allows researchers to gain a comprehensive understanding of students' experiences and perceptions of the collaborative learning process. The results show that collaborative teaching has a positive impact on students' learning motivation, especially in increasing active participation, sense of responsibility, and spirit of cooperation among students. However, there are still some obstacles such as the lack of special training for teachers and limited supporting facilities. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as material for evaluation and development of more effective learning strategies in the vocational school environment.
